Working on your mental health is an important part of self care, which individuals of all ages need.
Mental health issues can be triggered by internal conflicts, such as fear, self-doubt, and anxiety, or from external triggers, such as stress from a job, pressure from society, and life in general. In the last few years, it seems as though the world has gone crazy and the number of external pressures have greatly increased from most people.
Some of the methods suggested by mental health professionals for dealing with internal and external stresses are meditation, journaling, positive affirmations, and more. However, many people do not have easy access to mental health counseling and they do not know where to begin on their own.
